Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies: 
 

Check-In: 3:00 p.m

Check-Out: 11:00 a.m

Late Check-Out Hour: 1:00 p.m

Early Check-In Hour: 1:00 p.m

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please note that an additional charge of 100 USD will apply.

Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy. 

In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival date, a full refund will be made without penalty.

In case of cancellation during the 48 hours prior to arrival no refund will be made. 

No refund will be made during the stay.

These policies are exclusive to direct bookings. These policies may vary depending on the channel through which the reservation was made.

 

No Show / No Go Policy 

If you do not show up or do not use the reserved services, the full value of the reservation will be charged in full.

Pets / Petfriendly  

Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee of $50 USD. Service animals are exempt from this fee, but a certificate must be presented.

Coexistence Manual

​

  • To maintain a smoke-free environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rooms. Please note that a 300 USD penalty will be charged for any violations of this policy.

  • We kindly request that you avoid playing loud music or making loud noises after 10:00 pm, as we want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.

  • We do not allow additional people who have not been registered during the reservation/check in. 

  • To maintain a comfortable temperature for everyone, we recommend setting the air conditioning to a minimum of 68 degrees.

  • We take great pride in our property and kindly request that any damages incurred during your stay will be subject to additional charges.

  • In case of loss of the following items, a corresponding fee will apply: Air conditioning remote control $50 USD, TV remote control $50 USD.

  • Towels or sheets that are torn or heavily stained will incur an additional charge of  20 USD each. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality of our linens.

  • If you would like cleaning service in your room, kindly request it from our staff. You can contact us through the platform or by using our cell phone number. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and cleaning will only be done with your authorization.

  • On-site parking is limited. Street parking is possible, but it's subject to availability, and the hotel does not take responsibility for it.
